Description 1. Develop, adapt and follow-up the implementation of the tactical plan in line with company strategic product objectives. 2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to support current and future product objectives. 3. Communicate effectively with all company functions including sales and trade team within the organization to ensure motivation and alignment of marketers and other key people, and the achievement of product objectives. 4. Guide development of brands growth strategy. 5. Monitor execution of the brands related marketing programs to achieve annual objectives. This includes quarter and mid-year adjustments to plans if necessary. 6. Monitor business trends in area of responsibility; identify risks and opportunities and communicate recommendations to marketing manager. 7. Supervise and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly. 8. Perform any other marketing related tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.
Qualifications 1. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques. 2. Has the skill of analytical aptitude, well organized, capable to work under stress and pressure and prioritizing. 3. Have good decision-making, problem solving, communication , organizational and Presentation skills. 4. Good Computer Skills.
