Description     — Identify training needs within the entire staff, by conducting needs assessments, developing appropriate programs including the preparation of aids/ materials & conducting a variety of training programs. — Develop & maintain up-to-date training & personal plans for all staff. — Ensure training targets are met and maintained in accordance with current legislation. — Monitor staff through training programs ensuring personal & organizational targets are achieved. — Administer & conduct training & educational programs in connection with management and promotional developments, on the job training & employee orientation.
Qualifications    BA. or BSc. in any discipline •Previous experience in Hotels or Restaurants fields.
Gender    Any
Experience    3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills    • Working knowledge of planning & delivering training programs. • Excellent communication skills. • Good planning and organizational skills. • Ability to cope with change.
