Job Title Project Officer for Site Management (Site Manager)

Description Regularly meet with representatives of partnering organizations to plan and execute the implementation of the project, according to the contracted Project Description. Provide management supervision & support to site coordinators to ensure quality & timely completion of project activities as per implementation plan. Coordinate logistical arrangements with other staff & vendors to deliver services in designated sites,as per the work plan. Assist stakeholders to resolve problems & make adjustments to implementation strategy, as needed. Employ CRS program quality principles throughout the implementation of the project review & control Project expenditures to ensure that money is spent in accordance project regulations & plans Ensure that all aspects of the site management are fully documented and filed electronically & in hard copy Coordinate with other CRS staff on the payment of laborers at project sites Establish & maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with project stakeholders in site Mediate as necessary among local actors during the life of the project Provide regular updates on the performance of the project in site managed to the Project Manager and CRS Senior Management, verbally & in writing Contribute to technical & status reports of the Project and for the Country Program, & marketing materials for the Project Develop good working relations with all team members and other CRS staff;
Qualifications •Three to five years of progressively responsible and directly relevant professional experience; at least one year working in relief and/or development. •Demonstrated capacities to establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with community stakeholders. •Proven experience achieving timely,high-quality results in a challenging working environment. •Skilled in MS Office Suite including •Strong cross-cultural skills and experience working with people from different ethnic/cultural backgrounds
