Description     — 1-Responsible for the management of the companys Sales & marketing team as well as being overly responsible for establishing and maintaining marketing strategies, analyzing market trends and identifying new markets.2-Designing and planning sales objectives and targets.3- Plan and engage in all sales activities and be an ambassador for the company.4-Planning and ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Targets.5-Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects.6-Provide status reports to management on overall sales and activities.7-Review and evaluate all sales activity in company on timely basis 8-Map out potential customers & competitors.9-Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by job descriptions.10- With a focus on the Egypt region, this role will be responsible for actively and consistently converting client leads and on boarding their business trading volumes to the KERFORD trading platform.11-Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.12-Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.13-Projecting expected sales volume and profit; analyzing trends and results; establishing costs, competition, supply, and demand strategy.14-Ensure that Company targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization.
Qualifications    1-Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. 2- Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written, Networking skills.3- High degree of social skills when dealing with a range of people and situations.4-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
