Description     - Prepare the payroll of all Headcount employees in accordance with the service provider company. - Accountable of Employee services i.e. Transportation Allowance/Membership to Fitness Center, etc. - Preparing Year-End Report for the Saving Fund. - Assist in preparing the payroll in accordance with taxes and governmental rules and regulations. - Assist in implementing company incentive on a regular basis, in addition to propose scenarios for better enhance the current incentive scheme - Coordinate with the finance department in preparing the budget, in terms of compensation and benefits. - Updating the existing benefits and introducing new benefits to the employees. - Handling administration issues related to Comp. & Benefit section. - Updating and maintaining the saving files of the employees.
Qualifications    B.Sc in any discipline, awareness of HR functions, Basic financial of budgeting awareness.

Experience    1 - 2 Years.
