Description     — Designing and updating staffing plan for Islamic Relief Worldwide in Saloum office; — Recruitment and selection of staff based on the need of the organization including preparing contract of employment and its elements (job description, benefits, code of conduct, etc.); — Providing induction and orientation of IR to every staff as per IR guideline; — Managing staff compensation (preparing payroll, insurance, and other compensation set up by the organization); — Managing staff leave and attendance; — Managing Liaison and settlement in regard to the labour law or staffing issue; — Managing disciplinary procedure against staff based on IR employee handbook; — Managing administrative matters for expatriate staff (visa, passport, exit-permit, domicile, etc.) — Maintaining all personnel records and file relating to staff in a confidential and secure manner; — Any other reasonable duties assigned by the organization including in security matter.
Qualifications    1- University degree in Business Administration ,Human Resources or any related field. 2- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Recourse or Admin. field. 3- Excellent Command of English and Computer skills. 4- High level of inter-personal communication skills. 5- Leadership skills with ability to work under pressure.
