Description     — Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all logistics and warehousing activities. — Drafting contracts for vendors/suppliers in collaboration with the admin officer. — Communicating with vendors for contract signing and monitoring its implementation. — Overseeing the maintenance of all premises (office/residence) required by the project. — Over seeing contracted vehicles operations including the monitoring of vehicle logs, fuel consumption etc. JOB PURPOSE: 1. To organise the preparation, provision, and distribution of goods and service needed by the office and programme. 2. To ensure the procurement is in line with IRW procurement guidance. 3. To positively contribute to the delivery of humanitarian aid to the population of Salloum Refugee Camp.
Qualifications    1- University degree in business administration, logistics, or another appropriate field. 2- Minimum 5 years experience in the field of logistics and preferably in an emergency/development context. 3- Ability to respond quickly to logistics needs as they develop. 4- Excellent command of English 5- Computer skills – particularly in Excel. 6- High level of inter-personal communication skills. 7- Leadership skills with ability to work under pressure.
