Description Responsible for checking all machines and devices concerning compliance with the equipment list and the calibration status and schedule. Responsible for checking the compliance of the machine parameters with the equipment specification. Responsible for checking the work and safety instructions for machines and devices. Responsible for checking the unplanned maintenance activity, which was managed by maintenance request Responsible for checking the wearing of PPEs for personnel. Responsible for checking the behavior of workers during the process from (Quality, Environmental and safety). Responsible for checking the supplier approval of raw materials, incoming components, and packaging material according to QR. Responsible for checking of de-dusting process for incoming components, semi-finished and packaging material Responsible for checking the entrance rules (transportation) for raw material, incoming components, semi-finished and packaging material Responsible for checking the identification of the raw material, incoming components, semi-finished and packaging material (code, lot number, manufacture date and expiry date). Responsible to contact the Quality Control in order to test the leak test, dimension test and tensile strength if needed. Responsible to perform all physical checks (visual inspection, dimension test) on Semi finished and incoming components according to Quality Control test method.
Qualifications Bachelor of Science is a must fresh graduate or 1 year of experience years of experience in pharmaceutical Field is preferred High communication skills Accuracy and precision Excellent user for Microsoft Office - Time Management Skills. - Presentation Skill. - Report Writing Skill. - Data Analysis Skill. - Team Work Player. - Task Oriented. - Committed to deadlines.
