Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 5. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. 6. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Qualifications Excellent in English both Written & spoken, effective use of MS Office ( word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook), Excellent using Internet browsing, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to work under pressure, Telephone protocol skills, Presentable.
