Description Planning and directing employee training and development programs Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues,contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions,Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountability, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting,training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads .Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in appropriate faculty Human Resources management Certificate is a must Minimum 5 years experience in heavy industrial field in production
