Description assist to Handle all external communications and / or negotiations regarding the proposals -technical evaluations commercial comparisons between technically accepted proposals - negotiate prices , deliveries and payment terms which maximize the company benefits ” help to implement the purchasing cycle according to company policies ” source optimum vendors / suppliers for all stock required items ” regular sourcing for alternative suppliers and local resources ” follow up to maintain on time deliveries and payment — Detail Planning of Raw Material and other Material Purchases. — Studying trends, material consumption trends and inventory levels. — Placing orders and Tracking of shipments and documents etc. — Follow-up with suppliers. Giving advance projections — Maintain price records of goods ordered and received — Establishing foreign and domestic suppliers evaluation and development. New opportunities and Sourcing savings — Negotiating the lowest prices. Analyze price movements, Stocks ageing etc. — Coordinate with Planner and Stores for space requirements and receipt of material. Maintain Supplier details and specifications of all the materials and other data bases
Qualifications Bachelor of Civil engineering – very good in technical evaluations - Good negotiator -Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint) E-mail very Good Experience in construction projects

Education major Civil Engineering
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Good Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making Proven experience in construction field is a must
