Description Develop, present and approve the annual and quarterly marketing plans for restaurants (Business review, strategy, event calendars, detailed Action Plans, budgets and ROI). Handle communication with franchise owners, and partners to ensure compliance with global standards and sharing best practices. Work closely with Concept heads and other functional heads toward achieving company goals. Identify outlet issues (sales, operational and competitive) and initiate / highlight solutions and action plans. Develop and motivate restaurants Marketing team through Coaching and training Ensure adequate reporting for promotions and LTOs. Update and present monthly Marketing spend reports Vs. Actual sales for all brands. Develop and present a quarterly review presentation that includes sales, guest counts, PPA by Outlet Vs, Budget & Vs. last Year (monthly and YTD). Develop and update a quarterly competitive benchmarking report that includes Prices, communication, and Geographical benchmarking of all restaurants Competitors. Visit restaurants regularly and during promotions speaking to managers, staff and guests and monitoring the work flow. Work with outside agencies in developing new concepts and refreshing existing concepts Take on other marketing responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications BA./ BSc. in any discipline Previous experience in Restaurants is an advantage.
