Description Core Responsibilities: Understand the capabilities of social networks and use this knowledge to manage, measure, and improve our social support capabilities Monitor participation in online forums and social media sites, taking appropriate steps to ensure a positive experience for all participants Work directly with participants online to get them the help or support they need by replying to and curating online posts Collaborate with other moderators and internal stakeholders Work effectively with active users to build super fans Provide feedback on and assist in the implementation of strategies to keep the community vibrant and active through new programs, promotions, contests, etc Advise and guide on effective principles of online community management and moderation Monitoring digital ads
Qualifications Requirements: Previous experience providing social support via Facebook, Twitter, Google plus, etc.. Excellent writing skills "English & Arabic", including the ability to communicate with a helpful and conversational tone Service-oriented individual who gets satisfaction out of helping others Comfortable interacting with all types of customers Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and free shifts “day & night” Good photoshop background
