Description     — Due diligence of all documents/contracts/purchase requisitions/purchase orders/e mails forwarded to CEO for approvals by ensuring that all company mandated policies/procedures have been adopted — Summarizes information in a meaningful manner for quick decision making — Performs research on areas of health care projects/topics as mandated by the CEO — Schedules daily, weekly, monthly meetings in coordination with external & internal stake holders; maintains minutes & follow up on decisions taken — Keep track of Top management departmental Key performance indicators and activate quality improvement projects — Archives all documents/files related to the management of CEO office — Assists the Guest relations/Billing/legal department as warranted to mitigate patient grievance issues when they approach the CEO office — Assists CEO to ensure 50 hrs of in ” service training annually to all departments, development and regular assessment of staff — Assists CEO in community relations by being his representative in attending internal & external meetings/events — Fosters team spirit by listening to and attending the needs of the managers; developing cooperative relationship with all departments
Qualifications    Post Graduate Certificate in Management is preferred
