Description Due diligence of all documents/contracts/purchase requisitions/purchase orders/e mails forwarded to CEO for approvals by ensuring that all company mandated policies/procedures have been adopted Summarizes information in a meaningful manner for quick decision making Performs research on areas of health care projects/topics as mandated by the CEO Schedules daily, weekly, monthly meetings in coordination with external & internal stake holders; maintains minutes & follow up on decisions taken Keep track of Top management departmental Key performance indicators and activate quality improvement projects Archives all documents/files related to the management of CEO office Assists the Guest relations/Billing/legal department as warranted to mitigate patient grievance issues when they approach the CEO office Assists CEO to ensure 50 hrs of in service training annually to all departments, development and regular assessment of staff Assists CEO in community relations by being his representative in attending internal & external meetings/events Fosters team spirit by listening to and attending the needs of the managers; developing cooperative relationship with all departments
Qualifications Post Graduate Certificate in Management is preferred
