Description 1.Records all incoming & outgoing Calls for the department 2.Filling all Customers Documents 3.Filling daily reports about customers 4.Filling all Customers Project Launch 5.Recording Tasks & Customers problems 6.Transfer problems for development to the programmer and vice verse 7.Calling Customer after each support visit to take feedback 8.Calling customer/prospects randomly to take feedback 9.Handle the financial cases of customers with the financial dep. 10.Handle the interviews with dep. Manager 11.Handle the outdoor mission with the support team 12.Arrange customer file and documents 13.Data entry on CRM 14.Editing documents for new Customers 15.Handle the relation between the dep. and other dep. on CRM 16.flexible communications with customers & staff 17.Call the account Manager for the existing customers 18. Handle other administrative cases and problems 19. Record customer visits for man/day calculation
Qualifications fluent English ,self motivated,well organized,hard worker,able to work under pressure,good communication skills
