Description 1.Support the Head of Fundraising in the development of Heliopolis university fundraising and communications strategy and action plans. 2.Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc 3.Produced detailed action plans on specific areas of responsibility, identifying areas for growth and development and outlining measurable objectives. 4.Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development. 5.Maintain organized hard and soft files of all fundraising information. 6.Participate in the day to day work of the organization such as reporting, attending team and Board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks. 7.Support the Head of Fundraising in managing the Heliopolis university database, ensuring that records are up to date and that all new contacts and correspondence has been entered. 8.Collate case studies, photographs and information from the field. 9.Represent the work of Heliopolis university at events to members of the public and supporters, where necessary delivering presentations 10.Identify and approach corporate prospects, securing financial contributions. 11.Manage current corporate partnerships, suggesting a number of ways to build on these relationships, maximizing engagement with employees at all levels...
Qualifications High University Degree..

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills •Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook and the Internet). •Meticulous attention to detail. •Demonstrable ability to plan and prioritize own workload with minimum supervision. •Excellent communication and presentation skills required to build relationships with potential donors. •Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure. •Ability to plan ahead and work within agreed time frames •Ability and willingness to travel for work •Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
