Description     1. First line support for the users 2. Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications. 3. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem. 4. Perform hardware and software installations. 5. Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers , Exchange 6. ISA server administration 7. Terminal Server administration 8. Respond to users Tickets and requests 9. Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
Qualifications    1. Microsoft windows XP, Vista and Win7 2. Windows server 2003,2008 3. Office 2003, 2007 4. LAN, WAN troubleshooting 5. Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications 6. Antivirus and antispyware software awareness 7. A working knowledge with switches, routers, firewalls. 8. A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP. 9. A working knowledge with ISA, Exchange servers 10. A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure 11. Understanding of Network, Voice and Security fundamentals 12. BSC of engineering or computer
