Description Maintains the university recruitment web site and issue related reports as required Handles all recruitment activities such as screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications Monitor updates of job descriptions. .Issuing Contracts for BUE Admin and Academic staff whether National or International Monitor issuing contracts for support staff. Monitor , maintain and follow up the hiring process o BUE welcome email containing BUE application form , required hiring document and medical letter o Pre employment medical check o PDP, PDR and Induction check list Responsible for Posting vacancies on the university web site as well as other external panels whether national or International
Qualifications Education: A University Degree in Business Administration, HR diploma and /or MBA is an asset. Previous Experience: 4-8 years experience as recruitment specialist in a multinational organization., 3 years in supervisory position. \ Other Criteria: • Time management skills • Working under pressure • Leadership ability • Team work spirit • High communication skills • Supervisory skills
