Description Creates and maintains user accounts and user groups, in CORPLEASE applications. Troubleshooting bugs, and fine-tuning the applications in coordination with the Information Systems team. Maintains application processes. Configures and monitors applications processes that synchronize with Active Directory, Outlook and Human Resource Systems. Assist with user problems on CORPLEASE applications or related calls escalated by Help Desk. Applies appropriate data change management rule sets to different contact types. Use basic troubleshooting techniques in order to provide accurate, timely and creative resolutions to end-users and technology-related issues. Conduct quality review of deliverables to ensure contents meet the required standards. Provide Level 2 support for CORPLEASE applications and software. Escalate unresolved calls to third-line support (Developing Team). Perform software installations and upgrades, where necessary.
Qualifications B SC. – Computer Science or Similar. • MCTS – SharePoint track
