Description Assist the HR Manager in developing, reviewing and updating the HR Strategy and the HR Management policies, systems and practices Handle the day-to-day operations of all sites in coordination with the HR representatives in each company Implement HR and Personnel policies and procedures to ensure effective application of HR standards. Assist in the development of the compensation and benefits strategy of the company Monitor salary structure and benefits at all times based on the company salary and benefits structure Enhance and implement the HR information systems to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization. In particular, ensure the HRIS database provides timely and accurate information. Ensuring that all personnel transactions follow the appropriate procedures and that all requirements are met prior to approval of transaction. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues per site
Qualifications 7+ years of experience in human resources with solid background in compensation and benefits
Gender Male
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills - Excellent Communication skills - Strong Leadership capabilities - Result oriented - Strong analytical skills - Strong interpersonal skills
