Description —Greet visitors, determine the nature and purpose of their visits in order to direct or escort them to their requested destinations —Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, forward calls, and provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments —Prepare and/or generate routine correspondence, e-mails, memoranda, forms, reports and other documents to facilitate communication between the concerned parties —Coordinate the meeting rooms reservation to schedule the weekly and monthly meetings —Maintain and update the applicants database on a regular basis —Assist the rest of HR team in issuing the monthly Flyer as a tool for internal communication —Update new hires attendance sheet weekly to record their daily attendance —Maintain and develop recruitment filing system —Provide overall assistance and support to the HR team
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in any field •0-1 year of experience •Very good command of both written and spoken English •Very Good knowledge of MS Office package
