Description —Handle outgoing calls in order to sell and up-sell companys products & services —Analyze team achievement reports every hour for daily assessment —Handle customers who had subscribed online through our website to manager their ADSL service. —Update Excel sheet to follow with customer to sell DSL service —Handle Sales calls through different channels to increase companys revenue. —Develop new ideas and approaches to increase customer base and market share. —Handle special cases and tasks related to Selling processes in order to achieve customer satisfaction. —Prepare Sales and work-related reports to report daily to higher level management. —Register new domain (local domains & international domains and Arabic domains) new and transfer. —Handle all clients technical problems like ( changing records ,mails problem , hosting problem —Handling all clients collection and billing problems —Update our Database : update LINKdotNET domains database with all customer info (Company name , Company Address , Contact Person , Telephone , Mobile , Customer Email , Fax)
