Description —Report directly to the Country Commercial Head with a dotted line to the HQ —Support and train all members of the online sales channels —Plan & execute the online budget in coordination with the Country Commercial Head and Group Digital Commercial Director —Achieve set KPI (by CCD & GDCD) —Assist in adapting the websites to local market`s needs —Follow up and report competitors activities —Achieve monthly targets & objectives —Sell online advertising opportunities to both the agency and client sides —Maintain existing relationships with current and new clients and agencies
Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a sales managerial position, and strong understanding of customer and market dynamics within the online sector •University Degree in Business, Management Information System or Computer Science is preferable •Proficient in Arabic and English. French is a plus

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills •Ability to lead a team and delegate evenly •Understanding of Online Sales Process Management •Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills •Strong time management and organizational skills •Strong Social Media and other digital platforms acumen & trends •Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
