Description The position holder will be responsible for the following: 1. Prepare and review accounting for treasury related transactions and related GL accounts and entries 2. Prepare weekly cash flows and cash forecast to ensure efficient cash management and support the decision making around revenue items, capital budgets and major project plans and to assure compliance with minimum requirements at all times and that the report is handed in timely and correctly to all relevant parties involved 3. Review and ensure accuracy of Interbank movements and interest accruals, interest payments and receipts direct debit rejects and collections, bank charges, but may also include funds received from overseas, unsolicited receipts, other transactions and reconciliation and that outstanding items are followed up and cleared for an accurate cash position 4. Co-ordinate with operating divisions mostly payables and customer accounts to ensure that they are informed of such incoming funds / payments and that action is taken in the appropriate system to allow correct accounting action and reconciliation. 5. Assist and support in daily contacts with main bankers
Qualifications 1- Bachelor of Accounting 2- 2-3 years experience in a similar position for a multinational company manufacturing or trade sector 3- Certificate or Professional Qualification in the area of specialty is an asset 4- Solid communication skills
