Description Aftermarket Sales Manager (Middle East) Provide Sales analysis from e-Prism to tract trends wins and losses in the region or by Customer to protect, regain and increase the Parts business. Report bi-weekly. Communicate routinely and effectively with all customers, Sales team and Operations. Analyze deficiencies in the current processes and work with each of the unit to improve cycle time, accuracy and wins. Review and establish parts pricing strategies for jobs, parts agreements and distribution channels. Lead and manage parts agreement renewals, new agreements and price increases. Maintain files and data on sales history, account history and pumps serial numbers. Maintain reports for active projects, capital spares, and opportunities to track and sell parts for the region. Support monthly reporting process and EQL update in a timely manner. Conduct regular and extensive customer sales calls with ASMs and help develop business at key accounts Conduct Presentations to customers to sell ITT IP value proposition. Train salesman and distributors to sell parts, repairs, upgrades, service (All Amftermaket products)
Qualifications Education: BS in Engineering or related field. Experience: 5 - 10yrs experience in sales/sales management for the aftermarket concerning industrial and engineered pumps. Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Team player Sales minded Well organized with good time management skills Good English written and verbal communication skills Results oriented PC Literate Hands on practical experience Frequent International travel expected. Self starter.
