Description — Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function — Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting function from management of current rates to monthly close and analysis Responsible for determining standard unit product costs, inventory evaluation, pricing support. Manage the Stock Control Accounts, Audit their work & solve the problems. Analyze the variance between the actual & planned budget, identify the reasons that led to the variances Analyze and maintain and improve standard cost system.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with an excellent academic record. •CMA&CPA is a plus

Other Skills •8+ years progressive experience in accounting management, preferably as a cost accountant in an international manufacturing/distribution organization •Strong analytical skills •Proven experience in driving process improvement •Demonstrated leadership and history of driving change and making a difference •Ability to lead, motivate and support accounting team •Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-accounting professionals
