Job Title Credit Analysis Senior Officer

Description 1- Initial evaluation of cases referred by marketing and proposing a deal structure or rejecting unsuitable cases. 2- Preparation of full Credit Package that presents the proposed facility required and the associated terms and conditions. 3- Conduct clients meetings and site visits with MO to assess business growth, continuity and success and prepare call memos that summarizes key issues raised during the client call. 4- Prepare credit packages for annual reviews and limit increase proposals for existing lessees. 5- Market visits to major players to collect information about certain industries and create contacts. 6- Assist Credit Team Leader in constructing financial leasing programs. 7- Prepare reports to monitor accounts movements such as portfolio review and Net Risk Position reports. 8- Conduct Research and Development activities in terms of Updating Target Market Study, daily monitoring of markets and preparing comprehensive industry studies. 9- Organize Credit Files and regularly update them in co-ordination with the MO in order to include all updated necessary documents (efficient filing system).
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration. •Minimum of 2 years experience in the credit analysis field. •Credit certificate required.
