Description Handling & Resolving all customer requests, inquiries, questions and complaints, face to face and by phone. *Coordinating the day to day activities in the center. Conduct Sales Presentations for potential clients. * Make follow up calls for waiting lists to schedule payment dates. (Clients that have done an interview and a placement test)
Qualifications -Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and all Microsoft applications. -Excellent command of written & spoken English (Language Schools Graduate is a MUST). -Excellent presentation skills.
