Description Manage aftermarket field service business in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Assist Asia Pacific (AP) Region as required Manage warranty claims initiated by IP Factory Warranty Departments for entire International region. Develop, plan and coordinate all activities involving field services for the EMEA Region to exceed customer expectations. Establish and implement operating procedures for field service organization between customer and sales, operations and sales, and with warranty department. Supervision of all field service engineers and coordinators. Provide expert technical consultation for IP EMEA: Installation and commissioning of equipment Troubleshooting to customers for pump issues Vibration analysis and alignment Train and mentor field service engineers. Promote and provide training for ITT PRO Service and its clients Lead and assist in overhaul activities for ITT PRO and its service partners. Ensure maximum utilization of Field Service teams and recommend growth strategies for Field Service Ensure fair assessments (to company and customer) on warranty assessments Create and provide reporting of Field Service business including in a monthly report: orders, sales, WIP, forecasting, utilization of service engineers and other measurables as required to support EMEA Aftermarket. Oversee and manage field service quotes to sales offices, contractors and end users. Promote and sell field services and service contracts in EMEA.
Qualifications Experience: 5 years related pump/systems experience and/or 10 years minimum related experience in field services/ overhaul. Mechanical aptitude and interest in rotating equipment; training in assembly/disassembly, troubleshooting of pumps and systems in refineries and chemical plants/service. Rotating equipment repair techniques-presentation and negotiation skills. Three years minimum experience within a service shop in a supervisory function. Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Strong product knowledge, outstanding customer service skills, excellent pump/system troubleshooting skills, excellent vibration analysis skill, excellent repair techniques, technical background and mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal and presentation communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills, strong teamwork skills, computer literate
