Description      Providing assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation  Following up employees medical insurance & social insurance  Preparing and maintaining employees files.  Organizing employees Systems Vacations and preparing staff balance leave.  Filling the end of service.  Calculating employees monthly time sheet  Developing and implementing the companys compensation and benefits systems, Salary Structure policies and procedures.  Follows up on employees requests including salary certificates, salary transfer letters, payslips,  Recommend training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
