Description     —Assist in planning & directing the activities of associates and /or contractors required to develop, deliver, and support recruitment & training. —Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure the recruitment & hiring process is in line with the manpower plan & Company Budget. —Responsible for interviewing of new applicants to assure selection of the best candidate. —Discuss the offer letter & follow up the employment process including employment Papers. —Keeping an updated database of current CVs through head hunting, employment fairs and online job posting. —Participate in the design and development of all tests for candidates. —Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and project managers to determine appropriate training needs to establish the annual training plan & budget for each year. —Search and select the suitable training providers and consultants to conduct training sessions. —Plan and implement all the training programs and activities, associate with staff training needs. —Follow up evaluation of training courses and trainees. —Ability to issue the training reports such as monthly training report, the planned training programs report, Assessment reports for both of (trainees ,training providers) and the annual training reports.
Qualifications    •Relevant University Degree in Business Administration or any related field is required. •Self motivated and result oriented (able to prioritize and plan). •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
