Responsible for developing & implementing a broad range of HR activities including; — Developing & improving company policies. — Staffing & Recruitment. — Compensation & Benefits. — Performance Management. — Training & Development. — Health & Safety. — Hotels Relations.
Qualifications BA./BSc. in any discipline. A post graduate study in HRM is preferable. 6-9 years of experience as a HR Manager & previous experience in Hotels is an advantage.
