Description —Insure the efficiency of all aspects of planning and supply activities for different functions (Quality, Production, Warehouse, etc) —Run Master production schedule and raw material requirements planning in addition to raw materials importation. —Ensure the preparation of material requirements plans to meet sales and marketing needs and the preparation of purchase consolidation and material requirements planning. —Supervise all packing management activities for the existing and new products. —Work with clearing agents while sticking to exportations procedures and requirements. —Maintain an efficient documentation cycle for custom and health. —Create policies or procedures for logistics activities. —Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability. —Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree from a reputable University, CSCP will be considered as an asset. •Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant Logistics & Planning experience in a FMCG manufacturing field – preferably in the food sector. •Experience in importation of raw & packing material, documentation required, bank procedures, custom and health documentation and working with clearing agents. •Strong PC, Microsoft Office and knowledge & to be Familiar with ERP systems. •Excellent organizational skills. •Analytical, problem solving and detail oriented. Organized, result driven and focused on meeting deadlines.
