Description -Receives QC plan from QC manager to put an action plan for microbiology lab. -sets the plan to the microbiology analysts which includes: analytical work, environmental monitoring for sterile and non sterile areas, sterility testing performed in microbiology laboratory ,qualification and validation testing ,stability testing of routine(new products and trials) ensuring the fulfillment of the schedule on time to support customer service. -Reviews certificate of analysis written by analysts & new methods received for new materials and finished products. -Ensure that environmental monitoring is performance for all sterile areas in time. Coordinates with validation department for biological testing for validation and cleaning validations. -coordinates with QC chemistry supervisor to ensure that stability analysis is performed in time. -sets the plan for the analysis of the qualification and registration samples of new products and pre-market stability. -issues and update microbiology SOPs and insure their implementation. -coordinates with QC manager for availability of all microbiology supplies and needed standards. -perform investigation of out specification and out of trend results and report deviations.
Qualifications B.SC in Pharmacy or science strong background of information on GMP.
