Description Develop the Operational Governance system for Suez Company, according to the guidelines & tools of Italcementi, designing & supervising change management & process management projects aimed at reducing process execution costs & cycle time & at developing activities with higher added value, while mitigating operating & compliance risks. Develop Business Design analyses at Company and/or Department level, in line with Company strategic objectives, competitive context & critical success factors & the Governance policies. Contribute to define on a yearly basis a proper Action Plan coherent with the strategic priorities, Group projects & business process redesign activities. Support the Company Management to define the Company macro structure, in line with the Business Design, in line with the Improvement Action Plan & the Group polices rules & directives. Contribute in drafting of job descriptions, by organizing specific Workshops & follow-up the JD review within each Department. Contribute in designing the system of Subsidiary powers in line with business requirements & in compliance with role segregation. Supporting the process owner in defining the business processes & guaranteeing the relevant implementation, elaborating of a proper gap analysis & an action plan. Contribute to the development of the integrated system of company processes for the Company, appropriate for mitigating risks, finding improvement actions in terms of effectiveness & efficiency.

Team building capabilities , 7. Innovative, 8. Able to work in a complex international network, 9. Problem solving capabilities 10. Cost reduction oriented 11. Proficiency in Business process re-engineering 12. Project management and Organizational change management.
