Description     — Establish and update employees contracts in timely manner. — Ensure compliance with governmental laws (labor and social insurance laws). — Updating and completion of filing system for personnel records in accordance with policies and procedures. — Handling Payroll system, ensuring the accurate information reflects in payroll database, verifying, and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes. — Distribute Personnel documents, policies, regulations and instructions to the new employees and ensure that each one has his/her ID or Business Card. — Establish, maintain and follow up attendance and vacations and sick leaves records and direct regular reports to all departments managers and HR manager to help them take necessary actions. — Makes sure that the work space, computer and other equipment, mailbox, fingerprint, and appropriate installed software are ready for the new employees before start day. —Coordinate recruitment process either through media advertising, recruitment agencies or online recruitment services to attract qualified candidates, receive all job applications, sort, classify and store them in database for retrieval, reviewing and filtering applicants resumes to facilitate interview process, conduct initial screening and short listed candidate and arrange for tests & interviews. —Establish and maintain all needed documents and IDs for insurance programs (medical, life, Pension, etc‡) and follow up employees claims.
Qualifications    • Bachelor Degree from a reputable University. • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in related field or administrative duties that contribute to the knowledge of personnel administration or certificate in HR field. • Good English Language • Good oral and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. • Strong PC and Microsoft Office Knowledge. • Analytical, problem solving and detail oriented. • Work under minimal supervision and possess good supervisory skills. • Organized, result driven and focused on meeting deadlines.
