Description Ensure timely submission of time sheets and progress reports Track and monitor project progress including activities and milestones Identify the required profiles for the delivery of project activities Communicate with, select and recruit consultants that match the required profiles Communicate with different project stakeholders (client, consultants, suppliers, partners) as required Ensure completion of all project documentation Monitor project financials by comparing actual to forecast and develop the required reports Follow up on invoice issuance and collection
Qualifications •University degree in Business Administration or Economics •5-7 years experience in projects’ coordination with specific experience in the management of consulting projects •Experience in working with donor funded (such as USAID, EU etc..) projects is a plus •A PMP certification is a plus •Ability to develop professional reports according to the required standards •Ability to communicate with different stakeholders •Able to handle multiple tasks •Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders
