Description -Achieve or exceed the revenue targets contained in the budget for each operating property assigned by the Management. -To prospect and negotiate short and long term, third party revenue generating programs, such as Promotions, RMUs and ATMs for the property. -To implement the operating criteria for each revenue source, to ensure presentation and implementation of revenue generating programs are to the high standards of the portfolio. -To finalize all lease contracts (Licenses, temporary occupancy agreements) and letters of agreement for the property and coordinate with the Lease Administrator to ensure the company is properly represented in the event of any default, either monetary or non-monetary. -To prepare a weekly schedule/status of short term revenue generating displays (weekend deals) to ensure all staff is notified of particulars of short term space users for the property. -To prepare a monthly Revenue and Forecast report outlining the amount and source of revenue from all short term space users. -Assist in developing new programs and revenue generating ideas that are approved for each property, functional, and effective and maximizes revenues.
Qualifications 1.Must possess a University Degree and 2-4 years sales experience in a Shopping Mall Management or similar environment. 2.Should possess smart personality, with an excellent presentation and communication skills. 3.Possess a strong market awareness of all competitors and competing Shopping Malls.
