Description     — Ensures that the department buys the right quality and quantity at the right price and source, under the best terms and conditions of purchase. — Conducts value analysis to assure that the purchasing function is fulfilled at the optimum cost. — Conducts suppliers visit and inspections. — Develops new supply sources. — Involves in coordination with other departments for the enhancement of the company success. Such as finance team to control vendor payment cycle. — Ability to perform supervisory activities. — Positively contribute in the overall company saving and profitability plans. — Maintaining ongoing supplier performance data for periodic internal/external review and initiate corrective action/development as necessary Participate in cost reduction programs (payment term, supplier stocking programs, and quality performance improvements) — Solve claim problem happened. — Integrate with GFP organization getting the best use of GFP reporting system through establishing supplier score card, dashboard ‡ etc. — Ability to establish the annual purchasing budget for the vendors and tracking the monthly results in order to control any deviations might arise.
Qualifications    • Colleague graduate in Engineering/Business, or equivalent experience. • At least 6 years purchasing experience. • Good knowledge of purchasing procedure along with the related law. • Good problem solving skills. • Good communication skills. • Excellent English.
