Training & Career Development Coordinator For KSA

A leading Saudi group of companies required to hire immediately the following position:
Training and Career Development Coordinator
• A minimum 5 years of experience in conducting psychometric tests and interview to evaluate candidates for compatibility with company philosophy and specific requirements for intended future growth position.
• Ability to do gap analysis along with domain experts to map individual or group training programs to enhance skill sets and build capability of workforce.
• The candidate must coordinate and plan quarterly and annual evaluations, prepare training programs, plan career growth plans in coordination with management, evaluate progress of candidates on and after trainings.
• Plan and coordinate training programs for groups or individuals in-house or out sourced.
