Description Identify Training & Development needs systematically throughout departments in conjunction with the Training Manager and prioritizes such needs. Develop Training & Development plans based on the needs identified. Carry out skills training either on a group or a one-to-one basis and evaluate. Co-ordinate skills training in conjunction with Department Heads and with qualified Skills Trainers. Carry out spot checks on departmental standards. Co-ordinate Departmental Orientations. Review initial job training with new starters. Ensure Departmental Standards of Performance manuals are updated immediately when new procedures and standards are introduced
Qualifications University Degree/Diploma - preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees /• Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit
