Description     —Identify Training & Development needs systematically throughout departments in conjunction with the Training Manager and prioritizes such needs. —Develop Training & Development plans based on the needs identified. —Carry out skills training either on a group or a one-to-one basis and evaluate. —Co-ordinate skills training in conjunction with Department Heads and with qualified Skills Trainers. —Carry out spot checks on departmental standards. —Co-ordinate Departmental Orientations. —Review initial job training with new starters. —Ensure Departmental Standards of Performance manuals are updated immediately when new procedures and standards are introduced
Qualifications    University Degree/Diploma - preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees /• Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit
