Description     —Receive all walk in customers from all the distribution channels. —Identify the clients requests, queries and complaints together with the accurate recording on the relevant work flow system. —Provide the clients with all requested documents and letters in accordance with the CSC responsibilities as well as any written feedback regarding queries and complaints. —Maintain close follow up on all client requests ensuring prompt and regular feedback as required. —Coordinate with the Sales agents and other relevant departments in order to minimize policy cancellations and maximize persistency. —Ensure the updating of client information on the database to facilitate future communication. —Assist walk in clients with the settlement of due premiums
Qualifications    •University degree. •Experience in customer service is an asset. •Strong interpersonal skills with a high customer service orientation. •Strong communications skills. •Good computer skills. •Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
