Description 1.Organize and maintain paperwork (correspondences, envelopes, reports and meeting minutes) to the CEO. 2.Coordinate CEO appointments, answer telephones and handle different situations in appropriate manner. 3.Ensure that the notes taken within the meeting are executed within their deadlines. 4.Prepare general secretarial duties that include processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxing, photocopying and filing documents. 5.Enclose a phonebook that contains the phone, fax numbers for the different sectors the company deal with to ease up their contact. 6.Provide support to the CEO administration main activities. 7.Provide administrative services for the CEO office. 8.Carries out responsibilities with professionalism. 9.Handles financial and accounting matters for the chairman with confidentiality. 10.Working knowledge of all records, policies and publications. 11.put the taken decision in an action plan then send it to the relevant attendees 12.Any other duties or regulations assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications Candidate should be graduated from language school. -Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent .

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills -some financial & accounting knowledge. - Knowledge office application.
