Description 1.Handling all functions related to Recruitment & Training activities. 2.Assisting in establishing, developing & implementing various personnel policies & procedures. 3.Handling all recruitment activities (maintain CVs screening, contacting recruitment agencies, verifying recruitment requisitions and preparing hiring forms, coordinating for interviews). 4.Coordinating benefits surveys with the view of improving and developing the same (Staff Satisfaction Survey) and administering forms for final analysis. 5.Handling and implementing all related benefits to employees such as: Employee Recognition process. 6.Ensure that the Job Descriptions of all positions included in the approved Organization Chart are properly prepared, approved and updated as & when required. 7.Coordinating orientation programs for newly hired employees. 8.Handling training activities local/Abroad. 9.Following-up with training centers for carrying out tailored / individual training courses. 10.Preparing and issuing all recruitment, training, compensation & benefits related reports. 11.Updating all required documents and procedures related to HR for Internal and External Audits. 12.Handling other related duties as & when required.
Qualifications * University Degree * 2-3 Years of Experience HR Studies would be a plus
