Description     1.Implement specific tasks related to A.Responsible for all human resources activities including training,compensation,benefits,labor relations and recruitment. B.Filter resumes interview job applicants and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications. C.Prepare and maintain job evaluation and job description. D.Assist in preparing the payroll conduct new employee orientations including employees manual. E.Personnels files, recruitments for new staff, renewal of contracts or resignation forms within timeframe given. F.Government agencies (Social security- Taxes- Labor offices) G.Follow-up and update the records for vacations, sanctions and military papers). H.Follow-up attendance forms for employees of the company and the sites, the extent of their impact on the salaries and ensure they are submitted on time. -Preparation of all employees benefits within the company that includes medical/ life insurance- mobile lines- car loans- to ensure constant updating of such important information and assist staff with any problems regarding such matter.
Qualifications    -Bachelor degree in Business Administration,Commerce English or Law English. - HR Diploma is a must. -Experience: 3- 5 years in similar context. -Knowledge of governmental employment, benefit laws and labor law. -Prepare annual forecasted budget, monthly and annually reports of all expenditures for HR&Admin department to analyze the expenses.
