Description Carries responsibility for the revenue of the projects assigned to position. Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and problems. Determines labor requirements and dispatches workers to sites. Develops and implements quality control programs. Directs and supervises workers. Evaluates implementation methods and determines cost-effectiveness of plans. Interprets and explains plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. Investigates damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. Makes sure all necessary permits and licenses are acquired. Prepares and submits budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports. Prepares contracts and negotiates revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Requisitions supplies and materials to complete projects. Schedules project in logical steps and within budgeted time. Takes action to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at site. Acquires acceptance from customer and follows up on invoices issuance and collection.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree (preferably in Engineering) •A minimum of seven years experience. •A minimum of four years experience in the field of Information Technology and Services. •PMP certificate (Project Management Professional) is a must. •Budget Preparation and Project Tracking
