Qualifications ·Translation -> CAT Tools, Translation Degree ·A minimum of 4 year experience as a full-time translator ·Medical subject matter expertise is a must to apply for that post · Experience as a proof-reader of professional translations · Be able to produce work of a high standard on a consistent basis and have good organizational and time management skills. ·An eye for detail and the ability to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines are essential requirements. ·A good grasp of MS Office and good communication skills (spoken and written) are also mandatory. · Working knowledge of Translation Memory tools and Trados proven experience

Other Skills To be good at your job you would need to have: •A facility for languages, or medical and pharmaceutical degree with translation career. •Excellent communication skills, both oral and written •Train, coach, and manage junior translators and be responsible for their performance and learning curve. •Negotiation skills •The ability to handle difficult interpersonal situations •The ability to deal with with people from many different backgrounds •Project management ability •Confidence and the ability to project yourself pleasantly and effectively • Attention to detail •Computer literacy
