Description — Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the department goals and objectives as defined by Misr El-Kheir Board of Directors. — Participate in capturing and developing knowledge about Egyptian governorates resources, problems and potential opportunities for Innovations. — Plans overall activities, resources, budgets and operations of the young Innovators Labs. — Develop Innovation skills of young innovators , support them to develop an effective innovation team, develop leadership skills, use Effective tools and approaches to valuing Innovation and how to Influence on Behavior and Problem Solving. — Plan various competitions/workshops/events/webinars for young Innovators , — Partnerships: Forge partnerships with other organizations for providing services to young Innovators. — Seed funding young Innovators Projects. — Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records on activities — Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications • Full-time availability, with military service status fully finalized for men. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering from an accredited university. Master’s Degree in Business Administration is desirable. • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Innovation support related activities , any kind of entrepreneurial experience would be preferred. • Should have excellent communication and writing skills in the English and Arabic languages. • Innovative, positive approach, self-motivated. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team player, dynamic, and passionate about work and people.

Compensations Market-competitive salaries. The candidates will be hired at Misr El-Kheir , with medical coverage. The contract is renewed on a yearly basis based on performance evaluation.
