Description — Applying the bus terminal policies and procedures and guiding passengers to abide by the rules. — Provide instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive in the bus terminal. — Check all the cars, buses, trucks, and club cars maintenance conditions. — Ensures the operation of all transportation assets through implementing preventive maintenance process. — Check the executed maintenance for all buses. maintenance and spare parts. — Prepares periodic reports as required. — Issue tickets, and collect — Provide guests with directions and other venue information for bus schedules and routes. — Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner. — Collecting the ticket booklets from the Controllers Office. — Aggregating the daily revenue and cross checking it with the tickets sold. — Depositing the revenue at the Controllers Office. — Create an easy record-keeping system that enables the smooth retrieval of any needed information. — Carrying out multiple daily patrols over the buses to ensure proper service scheme. — Assures that safety, fire safety, and security rules and regulations are followed within bus terminal area, and maintain cleanliness and order. — Defines problems collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: Commercial Diploma. Experience: Minimum three years in cars and bus maintenance field.

Other Skills • Intermediate knowledge of computers and computer software. • Time Management and knowledge of work schedules and priority set-up • Ability to make standard arithmetic computations to size and locate various details of the work. • Will be expected to become familiar with emergency procedures. • Possess and display basic traits of honesty, integrity, loyalty, confidentiality Working Conditions: • Flexible hours on shift basis (8 hours per shift) • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to occupational risks and/or dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes and similar elements also this job requires some physical effort and some dexterity
