Description Scan and Make PDFs of hard copy documents and uploading them into archiving database. Track and archive various documentation generated by different departments. Works with different departments to assemble and archive documentation. Maintain a soft copy and a hard copy documents archiving system. Create and develop documents serializing to ensure effective maintenance and easy retrieval for required documents. Screen documents contents and archiving them ensuring linking documents of specific contents together such as similar (models codes and materials). Perform data entry for tracking documents.
Qualifications • Suitable University degree Specially Faculty of Arts, Library and Documentation Department. • 2 Years Experience in documents coding , serializing and archiving. • Excellent computer skills(MS office package specially Excel and Access).
Gender Any
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Excellent communication skills. • Organized. • Attention to details. • Hard worker. • Able to work under pressure. • Analytical mind.
